You can withdraw from a purchase from a professional seller here without signing in or providing a reason. You may also notify the seller directly through an unambiguous declaration.
Who is responsible for the purchase
WearTheFit acts as an intermediary. The identified seller enters into the sale contract and handles preparation, delivery, returns and statutory conformity rights. WearTheFit operates the platform, notices and issues and retains the responsibilities imposed on it by law.
Purchase from a professional seller: normally you have 14 days from receipt to withdraw, subject to legal exceptions. You may communicate this through an unambiguous declaration; this form is not the only means. Standard outbound shipping is refunded as required by law. Statutory conformity rights follow applicable law and may exceed two years; we do not shorten them for second-hand goods.
Purchase from a private individual: the 14-day withdrawal right and statutory consumer guarantee applicable to businesses do not automatically apply. Agreed terms and applicable rights for non-performance, incorrect descriptions or hidden defects remain. Professional activity must be declared as such even when selling used clothing.
